My mother has sweeling in left leg with red spot on leg, she is not able to walk and says there is lot of pain. The swollen leg when you touch it's very hard and pain ful kindly guide us through which doctor to consult.

My wife whose age is 27 and weight is 43 has suffered from loose motion after eating anything even a soft diet, we have given Norflox-Tz tablet along with rantac tab but it was giving side effect as ulcer on her lips . Please suggest proper medication right now I am unable to consult the doctor.

On 13th March 2023 My 25- hydroxy vitamin d3 blood test levels were 26.20 nmol/l  . My doctor prescribed me d3 must 60k tablet once a week for 8 weeks ... Last monday i.e 29th may 2023 my 8 weeks got completed... Today I went for 25 - hydroxy vitamin d3 blood test and it came 330 nmol/l... My question is does these increased values of vitamin d3 can cause me vitamin d toxicity... ?

Hi sir, Mam My name is Bishal rai i have been diagnosed with antrum ulcer just after 6 days of medication i my urine went yellow and i did a lft test for jaundice and the result were bilirubin 6 sgpt 369 sgot 234 . after my doctor mam had stopped few medicine and added some other and told me to run few test usg lft cbc  hepatitis abce test all test were normal and lft test was bilirubin 7.3 sgpt 258 and sgot 69 and other week later bilirubin 5.8 sgpt159 sgot 73. and recent 2 days ago bilirubin 5.3 sgpt 88 and sgot 68. and my medication also changed now as my doctors says it was the side effects of ulcer medication but my weight is going down and i have some itching sometimes and can't sleep of overthinking. so what should i do now how to treat this i am really very scared please find me a solution.

Hello Sir/Madam, I am suffering with allergy to alcohol past 1 year, symptoms are that I get red rashes on my face(Flush),  high heart beat like 120 - 140 beats per min, burning sensation around ears, face and nausea during a small intake of alcohol. I consulted 2nd doctor, general physician doctor a few days before as previously i was checking with a cardiologist and got advised to consult this 2nd doctor after verifying my latest reports are normal w.r.to ecg, ekho, ultra sound, blood profile, kidney profile, thyroid, liver all of these are normal. Then the 2nd doctor advised me as this is a case of allergy and gave Nucort M8 tablet (Methylprednisolone (8mg) Dispersible tablet), advised to use this during such conditions. I got this tablet after eating, 1 hour before alcohol consumption. 8 times it was fine i got no issues but for the last 2 times i see i am getting all the above issues even after tablet, please help with the right kind of tablets, tests, any allergist/immunologist.

Hi. I have a runny nose after some sneezes. I have a wikoryl tablet but it has been expired in march 2023. Can i take it to treat runny nose? Will it have any side effects?
