Hello Doctor, Having UTI from yesterday. How to treat it? Symptoms like pain during passing urine and abdomen pain. Dark yellow urine sometimes. Any medication or antibiotics. No fever. Unpleasant smell and tiredness.

Having normal fever from 20 days now feeling fatigue and weakness. Platles counts are 75000 and Tlc is 3400 . Just prescribe some medicine sir .I can't visit Dr right now
