So firstly why do you need them if you have a healthy diet at 30 years . Secondly even if you're taking them ..they mostly contain water soluble vitamins whose toxicity is uncommon . You can take them for a month or two and then stop . Long term treatment is not indicated unless prescribed by a physician for specific causes .
