I'm a medical student. My upper head is paining  from 3-4 days but from 2 days it's paining extremely. When I take medicine it stops... But after sometimes it starts paining with previous intensity. Plz help.

Hello Sir/Ma'am My brother is currently suffering from small pox and today is the 5th day of the treatment. Whenever he takes medicine for fever, he feels relaxed for few hours and then again fever catches him until he takes the medicine again. He takes paracetamol tablets (Calpol 500) for fever. Now coming to the virus, he was advised to take Aciclovir tablets and now whenever he takes that he feels very uncomfortable i.e, headache, vomiting. So I would like to know what should I do? Should I continue with the same medicines or stop few medicines or a new dose? Please answer as soon as possible. Thankyou!

Doctor prescribed me allergy medicine Because of some problem in throat And I am going to learn coding I want to know if I take allergy medicine now So will it make me drowsiness and difficulties in understanding and create brain fog? My question I am thinking I will start allergy medicine after six months after completing coding Or should I take medicine now but it will make difficulties in studying as side effects Confused what should I do?

I have been bearing some body pain for a few months. I consulted doctor and he provided me D3, calcium and folic acid medication for 2 months but it didn't remove my body pain. I was also feeling some sensation in my feet a sometimes on hand (while sleeping). I delayer decided to go for a routine full body check where I found that my b12 level is 174. I visited dispensary and doctor gave me a tablet name Methylcobalamin 1500mcg for two months. Is it a sufficient medicine to recover from b12 deficiency as I am pure vegetarian? Kindly advise.

I'm taking otrivin from month and inbetween I took flutiways and fluticone for opening blocked nose. I'm experiencing mild hirsutism and menstruation this month lasted for only 1 day it generally last 3 to 4 days. Will these side effects reverse. Please suggest a safe way for opening blockage. Alternatively one side of nose gets blocked.

I had a shoulder dislocation issue and after that i found low fatty liver with low lever of high cholesterol with indigestion. Then I am affected with anxiety, fear and depression. But after taking some physiological therapy my anxiety and depression level is lowered but fatigues, weekness and body cramps is available all the time. Also cholesterol level is not controlled.. Some time found low then again it goes to low high.

For eye doctor I am talking uv lube drop from 1 month and feeling now better No burning, No irritation , no dryness can I continue drop?? Hi Doctor, I have taken bloot test for b12 and iron. I have deficiency in below Vb12 <159 pg/mL 239-931 Tibc total iron binding capacity 260 ug/dl 260-497. Kindly please suggest medicines to increase deficiency level. I am getting thigh muscle pain that is why I have done blood test for vb12. Thank you so much.
