When to stop taking iron tablets?
My Hb was 9 a month ago and I started taking Haem up gems on alternative days. I can feel the rise in energy levels, I don't look pale anymore and my dizziness went away.
When can I stop taking the tablets? Or should I continue taking it 2-3 times a week?

It takes 2-3 months to raise Haemoglobin and further fill your body's iron stores if you are taking iron orally.
Furthermore it also depends on your sex, as both male and female have different normal Hb levels.
