Suddenly when I woke up my tongue on sides got red black coloured scars on it . I got it day before yesterday in noon suddenly!! From that time i cannot eat properly anything because I am not getting taste and whenever I am eating something it's burning and I can't even speak properly!! Help me please !! And even along with it my whole body joints are paining I don't know if both conditions are connected!!

I met an accident while driving Two wheelers on two week ago. My head was protected by helmet. I did not get any discomfort at that time. I have a pain in right leg while walking.
