My sugar is always high when done before breakfast approx 120 and after one hours after breakfast it is always less like 100 , i don't understand the reason of how my blood sugar is low after breakfast ? Also how much hour after breakfast should blood sugar be checked, 1 or 2 hr ? I take regular diabetes medicine
