Today morning, a small non rusty iron nail fell on my left leg thumb and pricked (not deep). I just had a drop of blood after that... I cleaned it with dettol.. Just to mention that the nail was pierced in wooden cupboard and while taking it out for reparing, my carpenter accidentally dropped from his hand. Hi. I?m on anxiety medications - ciplar 10 mg and esteem 0.25 mg since one month. Last night i had kind of anxiety attack and was feeling breathlessness and also i feel difficulty in swallowing saliva . I can swallow food and liquids easily but sometimes i feel the saliva gets stuck in throat. Is this something to worry about? Or is this post covid symptoms? I had covid in 2022 January. I also feel fullness in ears all the time just like when a person go at higher altitude.

When I Check my bp and pulse at home on Omron machine it shows normal all time like 118/76, pulse most of the time 77,78,80. But today I do ecg for medical fitness of job, At the time of ecg I got tensed and pulse is high 107. Is it normal ecg?

I have a problem of fecal incontinence after bowel movement. I am diagnosed generalised anxiety disorder. I have been humiliated because of this . It become a vicious cycle. When ever i go out i have this problem of fecal incontinence.
