Flu

Hello Doc, About 5 days back I found a red/pink skin tag like structure right next to the anus opening area. It doesn't normally hurt but when I try to wash it or inspect it, it does. So this thing does have some receptors. I think it grew overnight, or maybe in a matter of a day, I'm not too sure. I keep my private parts clean and use water as well as napkins to wipe it down, so I'm guessing its not a hygiene issue. Prior to discovering this lump, I had my periods and I'm wondering if the pads I use might have something to do with it. Please could you give me an idea about what this might be? What caused it and how I can get rid of it? Medicines or best practices for hygiene? Appreciate your help. TIA. Best, V

Hi. So I'm on anxiety medication since one month. Ciplar 10 mg and esteem 0.25 mg. And there is very less appetite. All was fine but since 2-3 days I've been feeling shortness of breath. I have to take deep breaths. And i feel like my ears are clogged or full. There is no appetite at all and i lost 1 kg. I had my thyroid and blood sugar tests done. All were normal. Is this because of anxiety? Is this something serious?
