Knee Paining
I am having a tender pain in right knee (side area pain on one side). It started from today morning. No swelling and no redness. Only pain while walking and while pressing the area. Pain is bearable but while walking it is uncomfortable to walk. Tried moov ointment, for some time i get relief, then again pain comes. While before 2 days when i was stepping down from the stairs i had a pain feeling at the same area and it get resolved within a minute. I do not do strenous excercise or never met with an accident or injury. I am a 27 years old guy. Is this pain is normal or have any knee disease.
