My doctor said that i have gastritis.. so he gave me nexpro rd 40 twice for 15 days.. lactopep sachet 2times for 10 days.. and sucratos o two times for 5 days.. between the medicine intake my middle chest below my breastbone paining so badly why?

I am having fatigue and weakness in muscles from so long ,I just had complete health checkup, my tsh level is 8.9 & vitamin D is 10.5,however rest test results are in normal range.please suggest me treatment for this. Thanks

My often gets breathlessness during sleeping at night. She struggles to breathe. She has been diagnosed with gallstones and has been advised for removal of gallbladder. Breathlessness happens quote often and she seems not able to breathe or finds hard to take her breath.

I've been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure 180/110, my physician prescribed telma H in the morning and metoprolol 50mg in the nyt, but after using 30 days my blood pressure is still 160/100, so he added telma amh in the morning evening as usual metoprolol 50, my doubt is that I'm 30 years of age will i b addictive to these high dosage medication life long or if bp is controlled by this medications i can be eliminated gradually by decreasing dosage, or once i started bp medication so that i can use life long.

Due to my stomach issues doctor prescribed me probiotics for 10 days .. Today is first day I have taken .. It's causing lot of gas.. how to reduce it

75 yr old female, eating normal South Indian diet, under medrol for rheumatoid arthritis for the last 15 years (now reduced to 4mg daily), low cortisol levels in blood, HBA1c 6.8, normal in thyroid function, liver function and kidney function tests, lacks sensation in both feet. Sometimes feels pins and needles slightly. Cannot wear slippers properly without looking at the feet due to lack of sensation. Feet always feels like there is a socks covering it (sensation). Occasional pain in knee and legs. Normal lipid profile, anemic (Hb 9.8) even though having B complex, iron and multivitamins daily after food. Slightly elevated ESR (50), very thin legs with evident muscle loss in the entire lower body (glutes, thighs, calves). Walking is very slow.
