I did complete body checkup recently and found these levels rising recently. Triglycerides - 239 (Should be below 150) SGPT - 84 (Should be below 50) Gamma GT - 60 (Should be below 50) Bilirubin Total - 1.9 (Should be below 1.2) Cholestrol - 233 (Should be below 200) LDL - 135 (Should be below 130) VLDL - 48 (Should be below 40) Uric Acid -7.3 (Should be below 7.2) RA Factor - 26 (Should be below 14) Vitamin D & B12 - 9 & 50 (Too Low) I have started Roseday 10 tablet, Udiliv 150mg, Cap Lumia 60K, ME12 in terms of medicines for 1 month along with lifestyle change. I have started doing 10000 steps a day. But I sometimes feel weakness and numbness in my body Is rise in RA Factor a sign of rheumotid arthritis. Is my weakness because of medicines and lack of vitamins. Should I be worried about my heart. Also for bilirubin few people told me it's a sigh of hipatatis. Please guide. Please guide what should I do to improve my situation.

My vit d was 17 so i have completed vit d supplemnt course for 8 weeks and now it is 50. I am afraid it might again come down as i am not much exposed to sunlight.It had earlier came down from 60 to 17. Only vit d supplement that suits me is Caldikind 60K Sachet so i can take this only. Please suggest if i need to take any maintenance dose so that it is maintained and if yes how much and till how long of the same sachet?

Hi, Is 1.4 bilirubin normal. Direct 0.3 and indirect 1.1. Rest all enzymes are all normal. Just bilirubin is high. What to do? I take concor 5mg for high bp. Apart from that I don't drink or smoke.
