After buying raw chicken meat from chicken farm, I found that the bone of leg was already broken. I removed that piece and cooked the rest . The bone may be broken during butchering process but I think may be some dog has broken while catching the chicken . Although flesh over the chicken leg was intact. Does it is a risk for rabies infection or just my OCD.
