68 years old my grandmother's blood pressure 138/76 at 10 a.m ; 144/82 at 5:30 p.m ( one week average). She takes Cilacar 5 at 11 a.m and Telday 40 at 11 p.m . Her previous B.P average was 130/70. How she achieve her previous B.P range ? What will be the appropriate time to take her B.P readings ? Those medicines she takes are appropriate or not ?

Recently i am diagnosed with mild gastritis through endoscopy i am on treatment . I want to ask i still feel burning pain in stomach inspite of medicines . I do not eat green. Today I had discomfort and frequent sweating. I did ecg, echo and TroponinT My troponin value 18,2 is means I had heart attack or will have. My CT angio taken before 2month was normal with CT SCORE -0 lam worried too much on troponin values
