I'm nri Indian Guy living in Abroad just come india on a vicattion I'm over weight too 100 kg and I'm 6fet 2 inch tall guy doing running jogging and completing 10.000 step goal everyday in empty stomach i take dried plum aluu bukhara and than I do running in morning 1 hours . And take bf oats with milk and fruits in garnishing apple. Pomegranate. Beetroot.carrot .papaya in garnishing and almonds .rasins and also Taking same fruits in half small bowls
Take green tea after sometime and in lunch I take 3 chapati with a boil vegetables only and salad In evening I go for running 30 min and then I go for my zyming exercise I do 1 hours exercise. After coming from exercise I take 2 brown bread and 1 cup boil water with Chinnamon stick tea with adding honey and dinner half bowl india gate basmati brown rice with 3 chapati and boil vegetables sometime I check my BP got flacuate so I check my BP it was 130/80 it is normal na can I add beetroot juice everyday it good
