Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad I just come india on my vicattion Sir I'm 6feet2 inch tall guy im. I'm overweight to im 100 kg im so much active I get up 5 o'clock in morning I take dried plum aluu bukhara 2 in my mouth and suck it than I go for running 1 hours I do running..jogging and litle exercise in breakfast I take oats with milk with adding honey and half bowl fruits apples pomegranate Beetroot.carrot.Papaya same than  I use in garnishing to in oats than after later I take greentea Lunch I take 3 chapati with boil green vegetables with salad In evening I do running again 30 min than go for my gyming and I do workout 1 hours continuously than in evening after gyming I take cinnamon stick tea with adding honey in dnr I take half bowl india gate basmati brown rice with 3 chapati and salad and egg omlet . Every day, my aim is to complete 11000 steps goals for maintaining healthy bp can I add beetroot carrot mix juices everyday in my diet My diet is good na for losing weight too
