I have take pcm and antibiotic azithromycin tablet. Now I'm feeling better but throat pain and body pain is there. Please advice for better.

My age is 30 and weight is 55. I am having hypothyroidism and my THS level is 10.60. Please Suggest which tablet I have to take. Attaching the report.

Hi Doctors, I have been suffering from Balance issues since a month and I went to ENT he did an X Ray of my cervical spine and said that there's one bone pressing over other and due to that there's a reduced blood flow to ear which is causing balance problem. But when I took medicines medicine it is fine but after that when I walk I'm feeling something weird in my head and feeling of being pushed . Is it due to stress or any neurological complaints? Last year usg report was swollen right paraaotic lymphnodes paraaortic lymphadenopathy after month usg report was normal no lymph node is it means cancer or adrenal tumor My radiologist asked that time did u get any injury around stomach I got injured 5 yr back on stomach do I need to recheck for para aortic lymphnodes?

I felt wired at work ,like brain was feeling wired an i was shivering ,i went to doctor immediately an doctor checked sugar level an sugar was 70.. an doctor gave some drink to drink an i asked for ECG an doctor said ECG is abnormal might be bcz my sugar was less ..here i'm attaching my ECG pls check ..i did ECHO after that which came out normal ..after this incident i'm facing cardio fobia

Hello doctor, the house in which I live in,  it's water dosent seem good. I am using RO, But I still feel there is some bacteria , chemical or something in it which Is harming my health.
