Bloody mucus after passing the stool
Hi,
I have noticed bloody mucus after passing the stool.
What could be the reason?
I am on breastfeeding and I took xymoheal D for breast engorgement.
Kindly help.

Its not related to ur breast engorgement. If you have bloody mucus in stool, thenyou may have amoebiasis or any helminthic infection.
Di deworming firsr with Tab. Albendazole400mg one tab chew after dinner for 3 consecutive days.
Take tab. Metrogyl 1*3 for 7 days.
And better to visit a surgeon

Hi,
Regarding your concern about passing mucous in the stool, there are lot of reasons from simple to conditions like amoebiasis.
So a proper history of how long the complaint matters.
Meanwhile kindly do a stool routine examination and it might hep to get to a proper diagnosis
