My father has cough for over 3 months but not continuously throughout the day lasts for few seconds only sometimes in a day. No fever or any other symptoms. Please suggest medication

Can anybody take nurobion fourte tablet or only diabetes patient can we take 1 month continuously ...

Sir, I'm 34 years old male. I'm having an infection in blood from past 1 month. Back of my head occipital node slightly swollen. And I'm having a tightening feeling  on my right side of jaw and my right side of cheeks. I consulted a govt General physician two weeks back. He told me maybe because of infection in scalp lymph node is swollen in back of my head.  He had given me some antibiotic tablets for 4 days. But he didn't tell me to take any blood test. After taking that tablet also no improvement. So yesterday I took these blood test on my own in ddrc lab.  I took CBC also. (Lymphocytes-50%) (white blood cells count 10.10 thou)  (Mean Corpuscular vol 82.8 fl) ( Mean Corpuscular hemoglobin concentration 34.7) the rest is normal. When I took CBC in March lymphocytes was 41%. My thyroid and sugar levels are normal. Sir pls tell me I'm having any infection or have to do any other test. I'm attaching my peripheral smear test report and the antibiotics doctor prescribed.

My sister did blood test on doctor's advice, results shows that her platelets counts are 5,.1 lakhs/cumm and lymphocyte count is 53%, hemoglobin is 11%, she is Normal only but frequently her blood pressure is showing very less. Two years before she gave birth to girl child in normal delivery.she is very much confused and worried over her blood r eports
