I feel like my jaw pain and feel like like my gum swelling but when I see they look normal. But there is constant feeling of heaviness in jaw. Also I hear click of jaw when i sleep

My serum creatinine and urea are always low it's 0.5 and urea is 14 ...it's always on lower side since past 4 months...is it something to worry
