Flu

I have done normal routines test as i was low in Vitamin B12. In last October 2022 it was 167 and now i have tested then i came as 1035 and normal range is 210-911 . I have taken VB12 supplements in between months. But from last 1 month have not taken any. Do high vitamin B12 means any serious concern. ? because google showing some serious issues. Do i need to do further tests ?

My mother had 4-5 fatty lumps for a few years. Not painful or bothering her in any way. Suddenly in past one month, she has got numerous fatty lumps all over her body and all of them are painful. What could be the possible reason for this sudden outburst and what treatment should we look for?

Hello doctor Just half an hour before accedent ally drain flies went to inside my throat.i felt some uneasiness.immediately I tried to spitt out forcefully.i am not sure whether it came out or still in my throat.i did saline gargling now.i am having so much of fear that what will happen if gone inside my stomach??drain flies are poisonous??.. should I go see doctor.. kindly help me out doctor.thanks in advance

My daughter 17 years old suddenly got high fever 102.7 in night ,before in day just complained of mild sore throat that had subsided on it own.What it could be Flu ? Taking steam and gargle had reduced fever by a degree. Is only antiviral given or its antiviral+antibiotics ( many of my friends children were prescribed)? What tests or medicines required?

My father's left kidney is 95.5mm and right kidney is 110mm. Is this size difference normal? Kidney function report came back normal.
