For tonsillitis i am taking phexin 500 (1-0-1) and wikoryl (0-0-1) as Dr prescribed for 5 days,though no antacid was given .after taking for 3 days having gastric issues with headache.Can i take pan -40 which I had in hand before taking the antibiotics in the morning and night before food for today night and next 2 days ? I am also breast feeding 3.5 month baby.

I had fever cough and cold for last 2 days ( looks like viral infection) took only dolo now fever is reduced have tiredness and noticing diahrea from morning had 6 times.

Hi doctor, I saw red steak on stool today and i am really scared... Attaching picture...i know it is disgusting but just want to show.. Is this blood?? If yes, is this bright red blood? I had red gauva in afternoon and this stool is after that in evening?? Could be that?? Really scared.. please suggest..

My mother has a nasal congestion which results in having sensitive nose. Whenever she gets this congestion she gets smell from everything which also triggers the feeling of vomiting (but vomit doesn't actually come just post nasal drip). Please help

Age 25 Weight 109 Height 176cm I decided  to start climbing by stairs from today (5 floors). Suddenly I experienced light chest pain on the left side while climbing. Which lasted only for 5-6 minutes Then a little stiffness in my left shoulder during the afternoon. Bp readings are generally in the range of 130/90. Is there something to be concerned about.

I feel dizziness all the time and some times imbalance. and heaviness in eyes and head feel uncomfortable suffering from mild cervical spondalysis at present on physio therapy when i see constant to anything i feel dizziness and sometime like Earth quake my all tests are normal like CBC , rf, cpk, ldh, CRP, esr, vitamin b12 etc what to do i took acuvert, cinnazarine, stemitil but no faraq kindly suggest
