Hello! Nowadays I'm getting bad dreams in sleep like my frnds are dying and at night time I'm crying imagining that situation. I'm really very sad and I don't know what's wrong with me! Please can anyone help me to get out of this! Because of these things I cannot focus on my studies and I've recently got diagnosed with panic disorder and I've experienced panic attacks! Please can anyone help me with this! 😞😞
