I was given a single dexona 2ml injection which I think equals to 8 mg dexamethasone with other Diarrhoea meds such as firaxygyl and lomofen.. I am a pre diabetec .. can that single dexona injection supress my immune system and cause me to get infections? Or a single injection of this much dose doesn't interfere with cortisol? Hello doctors, I am a 27 year old female but I am obese and weigh around 113 kg. I have had a sedentary lifestyle and junk eating habits from past few years which led to weight gain. I have asthama, eczema issues. I recently decided to change my lifestyle. I have started eating healthy(diet provided by dietician), exercising, walking, waking up early etc. But since I have changed my lifestyle, I am falling sick too often with diff issues everytime. I am very confused on why this happening. If anyone can provide any suggestions, it would be really helpful. I am open to consulting a doctor but I am not sure which doctor to see because I am having diff diff issues sometimes my stomach aches, I am having skin issues, my periods are not on time, ulcers in mouth, cold and cough etc etc. I am also thinking to get full body checkup done but again I am not sure which tests to select.
