I have vitamin b 12 - 297 and vitamin D-  12.. I am suffering from daily headaches and sometimes tingling or numbness in hand foot and sensation in forehead sometimes.. can deficiency be the reason ?

Can vitamin e deficiency and too much use of phone and laptop cause unexplained anxiety for no reason?

Dear Doctors, These days I feel sudden pain in chest which doesn't last long. It happens mostly when I lie down. Sometimes it happens in right side of also and sometimes chest under the arms. It feels that something is moving inside the stomach and chest. I feel left side headache and also light pain in left arm and neck and on the left back. Does anyone have vegan/ vegetarian alternative for Vitamin d3 supplements? My vitamin D, 25- Hydroxy serum,  reading is 30nmol/L (optimal range 75-250nmol/L). Require vegetarian D3 supplements. Kindly advice.

I have got muscle injury in chest 8 week ago.My x ray report is normal and certaine and uric acid is also normal.I attached report here.I contacted orthopaedic doctor he said x ray report is normal.He prescribed me pain killer and methycobalamin and pregablin and homeopathic medicine and drops.Can these pain killer and homeopathic heal my injury soon.When I press hard on my chest near my injury it hurts and is tender and sore to touch.Is ut normal to remain tender even after 8 week.I don't feel pain otherwise but sometimes minor pain comes and sone stiffness in bruised muscle and feeling of rope in chest.How long will this injury heal and tenderness last and can these pain killer heal my injury and is it normal to pain for long time as I can see in Google these injuties heal in just few weeks?

Hello Doctor's I am having chest Pain,stomach pain and frequent weight gain + weight loss since 1-2 months. My CBC and Chest PA X-ray are normal but there's something called "Bilateral Hilar congestion in that " and also sometimes I do get fever of 102 -103 in the night .Please Suggest that what this might be and should I need to any CT scan after this ?
