Dear doctor , i'm facing extreme fatigue in the morning till 11 , then i feel ok .. my son goes to school an his school starts at 8 in the morning so morning work an dropping him to school makes me very tired , i feel like i'm gonna faint .. i have done CBC test , all normal , can any one suggest good Multi vitamins pls .attaching the CBC blood report here ..Thank you
