You first need a physical examination by a General Physician and a Gynaecologist. After that a sonography of the whole abdomen will have to be done. Then a proper diagnosis can be made. We should not hit a diagnosis based on one symptom.

To manage acidity, consider these precautions: Dietary adjustments: Avoid spicy, acidic, and fatty foods. Opt for smaller, more frequent meals rather than large ones. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help neutralize stomach acid and maintain overall health. Avoid lying down after meals: Wait at least two to three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. Elevate your head: If you experience nighttime acidity, elevate your head while sleeping to help prevent stomach acid from flowing into the esophagus. Limit caffeine and alcohol: Both can contribute to acidity, so it's beneficial to reduce their intake. Quit smoking: Smoking can aggravate acid reflux, so quitting may improve symptoms. Manage stress: Stress can exacerbate acidity, so practice stress-reducing techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. Wear loose clothing: Tight clothing, especially around the waist, can put pressure on the stomach and contribute to acidity.
