Flu

On Tuesday went to cubbon park , after coming back I was doing yoga and notice two little wound spot on my left lower calf. Attaching the pics. When I squeezed the area then a tiny little blood came out . I went to Apollo clinic for doubt if snake bite, but doctor rejected it and told me to take TT shot. I know a dog didnt bite me but can there be chance of rabies due to insects? I'm also not sure if that happened due to my cycle paddle which can be a possibility. Today it's Friday, there is no pain on that area since that day and no swelling.

Microcytic anemia mean deficiency of rbc ? Or deficiency of hemoglobin ? .. .. . . ... ... ... ... ...

I have bad gas problem when i travel for long sitting idle on Airplane and when i go to washroom in 30 mins i fart like 30s to 1 minute continuously.... But the travel where i am driving and movement of body is there is fine. Recently i hd 7 hrs airline travel and completely hell.... Shall i take Omez D before Airline travel(7 or 8 or 10 hrs travel) or any other suggestion which i can take during or before travel?....I also need to stop fart while sitting in plane and farts blast within me. (I cant go to washroom for fart every 5 mins)
