Maintenance dose for vitamin D please te
I have vitamin D at 55 by taking medicine uprise 60k. Now I wish to maintain it ..I don't have sunlight in winters here..so can you please tell me what shall be maintainance dose medicine.

55 ng of vitamin d level is adequate. However if you want to maintain it you can use a sachet once a month.Milk and other dairy products eggs and cod liver oil are rich sources of vitamin d.

Vitamin D deficiency can be caused by insufficient intake of calcium as well as inadequate sunlight, you must take vit D sachet once a week specifically on Sunday along with milk for 2 months
