My mother has symptoms like fatigue, low energy, leg and arm pain, mood swings along with menopause. BMI =32. Goes for regular walks, no drinking or smoking. Eats mostly home cooked meals. Hb 9.7 Ferritin 11.6 Vitamin D 9.3 & B12 normal. She does not take any medicines at all. Any supplements that she should be taking? Also, TSH is 6.17.
