Your reports show a subclinical hypothyroid picture. Also, your Vitamin D levels are low.
I would suggest you to visit a clinic near you to get started on thyroid medication.
Before that, get Anti-tpo antibody test.
For Vit D, as you work indoors, getting sunlight will be difficult, so you should start Vit D supplements.
These can be advised over a prescription. Either get them through the same clinic or consult over practo for instant prescription.
