I m breastfeeding mother of 1 year old
I m breastfeeding mother of 1 year old baby and I stitch clothes in electric table top machine. From past 1 week I m having severe knee back and foot pain and little driziness in the morning kindly suggest me why and what can be done for this?

Breastfeeding mothers also need to take care of their nutrition also along with of baby. Switch to healthy diet rich in fats and vitamins such as fruits , eggs , milk, green vegetables. For now take a multivitamin tablet which must have iron, folic acid , B12, vitamin C , calcium, and vitamin D3.
