Hello doctor my husband is suffering from a dry cough for 2 days he used syrup such as benadryl and no cough but nothing worked please suggest something.

Generally in a day how much increment is noticed in the platelet count and what can be done to increase it quickly. Patient is admitted and no symptoms as of now only things is platelet was 25k last night and today morning it increased to 30k. Initially two days back it was 19 thousand and slowly increasing. Please confirm if speed with which it is increasing is normal. Also I can see in DLC- Lymphocytes are bit increased to 45.60.

My wife is having thyroid since long. She is taking 100 MG tablet on regular basis and after 3 month she got tested thyroid profile. Her values are within Normal range. Can we decrease the dosage to 75 MG? Please guide

Hi Doctors, I am having fever from Saturday which is 104 and doctor prescribed for blood report and every thing is normal but my platelet count is slightly low 1,25,000 and doctor gave me medicine for 3 days and paracetmol for every six hours. I'm taking paracetmol for every six hours and after sometime my is spiking to <=101.Having severe cold. I wonder that I don't have any fatigue or weakness or chills but I'm getting irritated by the heat . I'm confused that Am I recovering or not and How many days it will take for me to recover as I have a very important business travel next week. Thanks and Regards

5 days back in the morning my wife 29 years felt some things bite on hand finger..we rushed towards hospital doc examine and told unknown bite ...done wbct which came 13 minute..and done CBC,urine re,urea, creatine all came normal...doc observed for 12 hours and done wbct 3 times and results came 12,11,14 minutes...and discharge..but after next day of discharge she is getting head spinning and feeling balance less, her BP is always staying between 92/62, 94/65,100/70 etc, she is taking vertin od 48 and dizitact but not getting any improvement,constant head spinning, what are the causes for it,. Is it for unknown bite...does neurotoxic snake bite venom start symptoms after 3,4 days...plz help
