Hello Doctor
I am feeling tired everyday even after getting proper sleep. Not able to awake up early. Living Sedentary lifestyle, I am just working infront of laptop. Other than that not doing household work or any work.. but still tired..this is causing lot of problems in my life.. I am unable to do anything which I was doing before 5 years..
Guide me to have brisk healthy life..

Because of sedentary life style u have tiredness all the time
Once u r active throughout day, the pain will gone
Start taking healthy food, and just be active, slowly and steadily increased your activity
