It is important to diagnose the type of irregular heart beat  associated with dizziness.Ideally you should go for an 23 hours holter monitoring to determine the type of irregular heart beat.Ecg will not show any changes while not having any episode of irregular heart beat.Stress and anxiety do affect to cause increase in the heart rate. But recurring irregular heart beat needs to be evaluated.

At your age could be due to stress ,anxiety , caffeine etc but episodic irregular could be better diagnosed with Holter . Or better to get an ECG if possible during episode which is golden , so plz follow the advise and should be fine .
