She would benefit from using a combination of pre and probiotics like darolac aqua oral liquid twice daily for a few days.If kefir yogurt is available in India,is an excellent source of gut bacteria.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

She may not need antibiotics again as of now She can have 1bowl of curd with lunch everyday, that's the best probiotic or she can have Enterogermina for 7 days Since she doesn't have any other symptoms, she doesn't need an antacid regularly.
Next Steps
Make her have atleast 3 litres of water every day smaller size meals at regular intervals, no fried, fatty or spicy food if loose motions continue, make sure she has Electral/ Nimbu Pani She should avoid long gaps between the meals, that will prevent bloating and acidity
Health Tips
Follow up with her doctor if her symptoms continue for long or worsen
