Flu

I had a bad bout of cough and cold that lasted over 2-3 weeks. I managed the symptoms at home using basic meds used to deal w cold and cough. My cough recently went away ( around 2-3 days ago) but i have been feeling heaviness in my chest region. It constantly feels like i have mucus build up which I'm unable to get rid of, i have been feeling very nauseous because of the same (I suspect) for the past 2 days. I also have been having on and off low grade fever. My energy levels are low and i feel tired all day. I have had pneumonia before and the heaviness feels similar to when I had mucus/fluid build up back then which didn't go away even after the treatment and required me to undergo a bronchoscopy to drain the fluid. My symptoms were a lot more severe then but could it be that I might be suffering from something similar?

On September 25th, a dog bit my leg, causing minor bleeding from his teeth. I've already received three doses of the rabies vaccine, but I didn't get a tetanus vaccine because I had one on September 7th, just a month ago, and the doctor said it would be effective for 6 months. Do I still need to consider getting another tetanus vaccine? These days, I'm working in the jungle and occasionally get small cuts on my hands. Should I be concerned about tetanus again, given the dog bite on my leg and the minor bleeding that occurred?

Hi, As attached in pictures I have low mcv mch and mpv with High esr and wbc.. I also have mental fog and fatigue and have lost interest In daily activities is medical intervention required or is it normal phase which will go off after some time

0,3,7,28 vaccinated in jan 2023 0,3 booster taken in March Now took 0,3 abhayrab booster for a scratch I asked him if he put vaccine in refrigerator and electricity  goes off will vaccine become less effective as fridge will not be working with electricity. He also didn't had inverter he then said that refrigerator can maintain temperature for 3-4 hours even without electricity and he said that injection will be effective . Should I retake both dose as if electricity goes for 7 -8 hours and then fridge wouldn't be working so it makes vaccine less effective as it is mandatory to keep it in cool temperature! Should I vaccinate again??

Hi Doctor I am on betacap tr 40 for last one year for anxiety. But since few days I am having occasional sudden dizzy spells.l for few seconds. My blood pressure readings are 110/70 , 104/75, 100/76 like that..and sometimes 115/85 , 120/81 like that...is this the reason for diziness if bp goes like 110/80or 100/70??

This is the date of my menstruation and from 4 months I'm having abnormal menstruation. I had taken otrivin nasal spray one month after that the menstruation occurred for only 2 days 2 months and 1 day last month. It was very light. I used to have 4 day menstruation. Today every time I used rest room I sae too much blood in urine and was completely red in colour although the napkin I use is completely white. The napkin didn't stain but blood comes out in urine. So it was not from uterus I think and it was from urethra. What is this? Is it curable?

My body as I feel is having a high temperature. Three days back i was taking Azithromycin 500 mg twice for two days and Ascrocil syrup for three times . Now i have stopped this . I was having a severe cough . What to do . Is this medication effect
