Yesterday at night when I woke up I got pricked by a nail  in the sole  region of the foot no blood came out but since I was sleepy I couldn't notice whether the nail was rusted or not should I get a tetanus booster for it?

Hi Good Afternoon Doctors, I have BP problem. Can I do Pushup workout?I already do Physical exercise most of all the day right now. Can I do Pushup exercise too? Because If I do Physical exercise my weight is loosing. I'm very thin. I'm only 57 kg and I need to gain some weight like 63kg and my Age is 25. I don't know i exactly have BP. I have got cold and cough since yesterday. I took Levocet-M table today. Sardi is still there and throat is burning sensation. I am taking hot water vapor and gargling with salt water. I have Azitharal 500 tab also at home but I don't want to take the Antibiotic at this initial stage. I have  Calpol 650 at home. Can it give some relief  on throat burning sensation due to cold ?

Hello doc I had constipation for 2 days it's been difficult to pass stools and saw some blood spots. As I m away now couldn't visit my doctor so pls suggest me some topical application to ease the pain of hemorrhoids and any syrup for constipation and it's dosages.
