My husband is diabetic since 08 years, his age is 49 . At present on metformin and trajenta. Now his fasting bld sugar is 193, blood pressure is 130/86 . No other symptoms. Kindly suggest the tests need to taken for further management.

Since yesterday I have been having severe throat pain with tooth pain. It is hurting a lot even while swallowing salive. I am not even being able to talk. Yesterday took crocin in the afternoon and night and did feel better for 3-4 hours but the pain starts again after that.

Hello I am taking nexito plus from several days.as.per my doctors advice Day before yesterday i had fever with whole body pain and chills . The temperature was around 105. So I have taken the medication yesterday eveing omeprazole, amoxicillin and paracetamol and nimesulide . My temperature get to normal within 1 hour. However, again last night around 2 o clock I had fever again with same symptom I took the same medication and in morning. Now my tperature is still nral I.e 98.6. My question  is that can I take  nexitoplus tablet with the above mentioned  drug . Is there any interaction My question is that can I take tablet nexito plus Is there any side effect ??

I did a lipid profile check , I have 180 triglycerides, slightly higher than normal , I am not even obese , should I be concerned about it ? What measures to take to reduce it , I am attaching the report please tell me ?

I have got 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D deficiency Dr. suggested me to take Vitamin D3 60 k capsule once a week for 8 weeks. But in report it is mentioned that 25 Hydroxy Vitamin is Vitamin D2 and D3. Do I need to take Vitamin D2 supplements also? Please guide.

I am taking azoran 75 together at bed time night for IBD - CD however getting indigestion/ acidity problem later at night which is affecting my sleep ...anyway to counter this ? Or is it a common side effect
