Dr when I checked my haemoglobin on 25th July it was 10.1 and today I checked it was 9.6 even though i have started taking beet root and carrot juice these days and ya I have a b12 was 1422 and my calcium is 7.7 what should I do

Hello sir/mam, Since last 7-8 months I am suffering from, fatigue in very high even I can't hold a pen while writing., Not only fatigue but also heart & head palpitations, my weight is also lossing sometimes feel diziness & in this time period I have consulted many Dr..s but no relief. Consumed many time iron & multivitamin suppliment & in current situation my haemoglobin is 10.6 g/dl . Also I take daily proper nutrition. Also my thyroid report is absolutely normal. . Please help me .. I'm very confused..due to above all this I'm getting desturb mentally & also it's affecting my study .. please what should I do??
