Dear doctor , i'm facing left neck pain an shoulder ,arm, from almost 4 years now , in between it goes an comes , so i stopped using pillow , but now again i'm facing pain which is radiating to left chest, i don't know if it is chest pain ya bone pain , but when i pressing left chest bone , little pain is there , i have taken so many ECG'S Ans Echo test which came normal , only some times bcz of anxiety my ecg showed more beats , can any one tell me which pain is this ,thank you

Hi, I'm 24 year old female suffering with anxiety related to health ,career and personal issues. I'm very anxious about my health it's all started when I randomly remembered two lumps on my neck ( movable small) . I had them since more than 6 years . Then , I was obsessed with checking lumps in my body and get panicked . I haven't got any except for the two that are shrinking back slowly. Then my it is converted into cardiophobia when I went to get treated for anxiety. My pulse went to 160 immediately doctor suggested ecg I got panick during ecg after manually inspecting report doctor said nothing was wrong it was just my anxiety. I have done thyroid test , Ecg and haemoglobin . Except for haemoglobin (8.5) everything is fine. I have recommended medicines ( inderal 40 mg , Ezesave plus s) . After taking them I'm doing good with some lifestyle changes. But, recently I have been getting those triggers back and I'm sad people of my age are enjoying life and I'm worrying about everything.
