I am having thyroid problem so what doctor i should concern In my place we dont have endocrinologist

I have covid. My doctor has suggested me Scavista 12.But there is no scavista 12 or ivermectin or iverhope in market.What alternate medicine can i try??

Met a minor road accident 3 days back. Got bruises/wounds on left foot, knee and elbow. I had a dressing then but then my local doctor recommended to keep the wounds open, because my foot was swelling up. But still the swelling has not reduced. And there is a lot of pain. Is it due to the external wound or should I get it xray-ed? I am taking antibiotics. My local doctor also recommended some medicines (photo attached), and told me to start it tomorrow. Kindly check once

What causes high creatinine? Is others report normal?
