Hello Doctor I am little worried about my husband  platelets coun. He had gall stones surgery on 24th April 2023 and Before surgery his platelets was 123 but after surgery it was 173. Now he had done complet body check up  on 14th July, then platelets  was 161( again decreased) rest all report are normal even his b12 around 400 and vitamin d3 was 23 and again he checked his CBC only  today  now  its showing 138. Why his platelets is decreasing. Please suggest.
