Can we get rabies if we get wounded by freezed contaminated object kept  in a freezer ? As it is said rabies can survive in freezed temperature ... do I need to repeat my vaccination ? I got my last rabies vaccine on September 17th 2023

I hurt my neck while exercising yesterday. But since then I can't turn to the left or to the extreme right. If I have to look up or down it hurts horribly and my head feels heavy too. When I travel to work any kind of bumps in the road or jerking of the vehicles it hurts also. I cannot apply volini or any relaxants on my neck as it gives me skin allergies. Could anyone tell me what has happened and what I should do for this? Can you please help suggest a medicine which I can take?🙏
