Doctor accidentally I eat dog saliva through the water on 4th august and take ARV 0,3,7 days. But last 6 days I feel throat. But I eat water and food normally. There is any problem?? Arv can fail?

My body is paining a bit since a month, especially joints /ankles. My lifestyle is sedendray, whole day sitting job, so no physical moments at all.
