I was prescribed Clonotril 0.5mg first for 1 month and then for 2 months again due to stomach bloating at night time which would keep me up from sleeping. He had asked me to visit him towards the end of my course to taper off the dose but he's on leave and I'm unable to contact him. I have 5 pills left. How to taper off the dosage. Please advice.

My age is 34 iam working as site engineer .i need to move a lot on by walking we have 7 sites .iam taking food in company mess only but for two days I don't go for motion suddenly I am getting loose motions ..taking tablet then they will stop again this repeates .i stopped eating more rice only little iam taking I used to be 74 kgs before 6 months but now suddenly reduced to 68 kgs .and looking more thin .iam a diabetic taking morng and nite tablets.i have no other problems like consistent fever or anything else ..but reduced weight and got thinner ..what may be the reason .

I have been having sleep issues since pst 8-9 months. Trying to manage it myself without medications. But now I am seeing that i can sleep well on time but the issue is i wake up every morning at 4/5 AM and urinate. This was not the case before.I had frequent urination recently and within a month i lost around 2kg of weight without trying. I am scared. Are they all linked? I am outside India and the GP here are of no help, hardly cN get an appointment. Also recently i am pooping more at once, i mean stool consistency is normal but the volume is more. (I had a history of hpylori elimination via antibiotics therapy). I saw my fasting sugar used to be within 110 but today it was in between 115-120. But post prandial sugar was 91. I called the 111 helpline they said it might be something with the liver? Befr cmng to uk i had dn usg and all was fine. I am, 5'7, 66.5kg, non alcoholic, no smoking or tobacco. I eat home food only. Pls guide me. Dnt wanna have diabetes at a young age!

Hi good morning doctors. my BP level is Normal, elevated,stage 1 hypertension level on last 4 days. most of all the time stage 1 hypertension level. also I have some fatigue, feeling sleepy, weakness on last Thursday, Friday and Saturday. "You need to change life style modification, exercise,avoid fast foods and drink plenty of water" doctor told me and he prescribed me "ISIVIT" tablets for 14 days. What tablet is this? and Also I have very anxiety and stressed about high BP. i can't control my anxiety and stress. Today morning I have very panic feeling in my chest not pain

Before 3 months my weight reduced by 5-7 kgs(in 1 month) , I got diabetis(before from few years I have bp) , with medication all ok, but now I from before 1 month my hemoglobin reduced to 11.9 also I am getting fever every night from 20 days even using some antibiotics after consulting doctor now bp, diabetis are reduced(normal level) but fever coming please tell me what may be the reason (problem) which doctors I should consult or which tests to be taken.

Hello Doctors My Doctor prescribed me ISIVIT tablets for weakness and fatigue. Is this tablet is Safe?? I just googled about this tablet and the google showed side effects is kidney stones. Also i already take Homeopathy medicines for Prostate problems. Can I take ISIVIT tablet with Homeopathiy medicines? Any issues? Kindly waiting for your Responses.
