My mom is not getting sleep from past one week and ultimately it's affecting her health.She is asking for sleeping pill to sleep peacefully atleast one night. Any medicine for this?

Hi I am 27 and have been experiencing extreme headaches and diziness since 3 days I have taken PCM 500mg but still the headache remains the same. I got my all blood tests done few months back and everything was normal, but now these heacaches are unbearable.I have a desk job and have infront of screen for 12 hours daily But the headache makes me feels like i want to vomit.

Today one rat was roaming in my room in evening . I was also roaming in the same room without slipper . At night i was removing extra skin on my leg finger nail using tool and got little injury little bit blood also came. Is it possible because i was walking without slipper in the same room where rat was roaming if any saliva of rat stick on my foot/leg and now due to injury in leg finger rabies will enter my body because if by chance any saliva left on foot and while i was removing extra skin foot se saliva hand/tool pr lag kr injury se body mai enter kar jayega. Can rabies spread in this way?

Hi Good Afternoon doctors. Last 5 days continuously i check my BP. Sometimes my BP is normal Sometimes My BP level like Elevated Sometimes Stage 1 hypertension, Sometimes Stage 2 hypertension. Also I have anxiety and stress on last 5 days. Is this normal on changing BP level or I have BP? I'm 25 age and my weight is 57. Can i take diet?
