Hi doc I just received my CBC report, my haemoglobin level is 8.0 gms% and my iron levels are very low. I visited a doctor and they suggested blood transfusion because I feel very weak and breathless. Will the treatment be helpful ? And what is the difference between blood transfusion and iron infusion ? Can I get both ?
