When we use sanitizer on hands before eating . So do we need to wait until the hands dry then start eating ? or no need to wait for hands to dry from sanitizer ?

Hello Sir/Ma'am I'm suffering from pain in left shoulder collar & also pain on left side of face as I also have TMJ issue. My left shoulder feels like jammed. Also pain in face is too much & it's long persisting now. I have seen orthopaedic, orthodontics & also gone through physiotherapy. But still the root cause of pain is not known.
