Every noon since last 4 days after took food feeling drowsy and vomiting tendency. Sometimes coughing dry. Today noon times vomiting happened. 2 days ago fever 100 but now no fever. Taking Pan D twice a day and one cough syrup. What to do?

Sir I am allergic to sulfa drugs.Doctor prescribed me GbionZ tablets.Can I take them.Are they safe .

My father is 63 years old and taking anti depressant since last 6 months. His sodium level is 126 but there is no symptoms. His creatinine is normal. What to do now? Is it a side effect of medicine? Please help. He has anxiety and that is wjy his psychiatrist give him anti depressant. Please help.

Good morning doctors. Yesterday night I check my body temperature in my Arm. First 95.3 then after some minutes 96.3 and around 96 level and today morning my body temperature is 97 around. Why this body temperature changing? Is this normal or abnormal?

I had blood comming in sputum. When i cough sputum comes along with blood. It has been 3 days since it started. Iam seeing this during morning brushing. After that iam not doing that so i dont know weather blood is comming or not on full day. Next day morning the issue is same. Is there any particular treatment for this.

Recently i have been seeing elevated fasting glucose, somewhere around 100-110, once it was 116(checked 2 days back), today it was under 110. I am not diabetic. Had my last a1c in Feb 2023, it was 5.1. That time also my fasting went above 100 but a1c and ppbs was normal. Now, I lost around 2.5 kgs within 1 month. I am not sure why I am losing it. But i have seen that I am pooping a lot. I mean i go once, but the amount of stool is huge. Can it be because of something sinister, I am scared. I used to be 68.5kg, then with frequent urination it dropped to 67.3 kg, then today when i checked after morning bowel, 66.0kg. I am too scared. I have partial insomnia as well. I feel something is wrong with my body. I am outside India and even for a blood test i cannot get an appointment earlier than 2 months. Please help. I check blood sugar using finger prick machine at home. I asked for cbc and lipid profile the gp said after a month. :(

My mother has history  of high platelet upto 6lakh..and in blood test it shows jak2 v617F positive...so doctor prescribed hydroxyurea..whether it completely  cure mutation to negative???
