First piece of advice would be to never force a bowel movement, not defecating for a day or two is not detrimental to your health. Secondly, you should have plenty of fluids (warm water should help stimulate bowel movement), add fibre to your diet, and consult someone (like me) for a laxative and medication to increase gastric motility.
Next Steps
Lastly, please consult a general surgeon for a proper per rectal examination to assess the severity of your swelling as it can properly only be done in person.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
