I have taken Rab - D twice  and digene gel twice after food for 2 weeks I have Reflex issue after 2 weeks I am feeling much better but when I eat little heavy then I feel that In my neck area my food is stuck when I lie down after meal in afternoon and after waking up I feel no problem. I was having dengue last week and had to perform blood test to check for antigen. I did it from a reputed lab. Now after a week the dengue passed i developed a little bit of swollen lymph nodes behind my ear. I am scared the blood collecting person used a use syringe and it is because of I have developed HIV. Hey doctor 👋 I took (paracetamol 650 mg) and (Nimesulide 100mg) together with a duration of 15 minutes. A local chemist gave it to me. I took it only 'one time'. After which i came to know that taking these medicines together is dangerous. What should be done now?

I came to know that I have hypothyroidism with TSH 53 T3- 1 T4- 4.5 I am on 100 mcg thyronorm. Now my skin is becoming really dull and  dry and I am having extra hairfall. I am having trouble in swallowing. Even I am having cough also. So is it the reason of have trouble in swallowing or due to hypothyroidism only . I want to conceive also, in how many months TSH  can get normal
